Good Sleep Habits
At Lindley CE Infant School, we understand that good sleep is essential for children’s wellbeing and learning. We also recognise that sleep difficulties can affect the whole family. Please click on the link below to download the Cerebra Sleep Guide for Parents.
If you would like support to help ensure all the family get a good night’s sleep, please contact the school office to arrange a time to talk to Emma Batley-Kyle (Parent Support) or visit the Cerebra website, which includes an option to refer to their Sleep Advice Service.
